ICE’s spacious demonstration kitchen, mixology center, reception space, professional kitchens and classrooms regularly host local and visiting chefs, culinary organizations and corporate teams for event prep, research and development, staff training and video shoots. Our professionally equipped kitchens are ideal for filming on location, regularly accommodating photo, video and TV crews. Google and Apple executives, producers from "Top Chef" and even former NYC Mayor Bloomberg have met, entertained or taped segments in ICE’s New York facility.
